I decided to register and actively search for love online, so into the cyber-dating circle I went. I chatted a bit with a few men, met three in person, and then came Steve.

I was intrigued by his free profile, so I sent him an email, and we exchanged photos. We emailed for a few days, then spoke on the phone and finally decided to set up a date. We both agreed that it should only last an hour.

The date lasted all day: We ate, talked, sampled wine, hiked, went to a movie, sat on the beach drinking coffee... and made plans for the next day. It's now five and a half months later, and we are madly in love. In fact, we just got engaged last Saturday!
